Getscreen is a cloud-based software for remote access via a browser. Connection via a link without installing additional programs and entering passwords. Integration with Telegram, Google Chrome, and HTTP API.

The service is suitable for administration, technical support, consulting services, and for remote connection to an office computer from home.

Versions available for Windows, macOS, Linux and an Android app.

About the product

Fast connection

To provide quick access to your computer, simply send the generated link to the desired user, and they will gain access to your desktop. The link from the agent program can be copied, sent via messengers or scanned via QR code.

Connection by invitation

For quick access to a remote computer, send the user the generated link. After the user clicks the link, you gain access to their device. If you communicate with clients by phone and dictating a connection link is inconvenient, use a digital code connection.

Permanent access

To have permanent access to the remote desktop, install the agent program on the user's computer and log in to it under your account. After that, you will be able to connect to it at any time.

Safety

The service operates via the HTTPS protocol and also uses algorithms for detecting and blocking attacks by trying one-time links and passwords. In addition, security is provided by two-factor authentication. All transmitted data is encrypted with a 128-bit AES algorithm within the WebRTC and SSL protocols. Each version of the agent program is checked on VirusTotal.

Branding

Customize the branding of all service tools: from a branded link to a logo on the agent program. Your clients will see an invitation from a familiar company, which will increase trust in the software you use. With a CNAME record on your DNS server, you can use your own domain for connection links and invitations. SSL certificate allocation and renewal are performed automatically.

Teams

If your company has several administrators and many employees who need to set up remote access, create a team and distribute the workload. Your team's control center provides shared access to all computers and helps delegate roles.

Integrations

Using integrations allows you to increase the speed of connections. Currently, integrations with Telegram and Google Chrome platforms are available. Integration via HTTP API is also available.

Cloud storage

During the connection process, you can record remote sessions and view them later. Session recordings, connection history, and the computer's contact book are available in your personal account.

Automatic translations

Automatic text recognition allows you to provide remote technical support to users from other countries. If you are connected to a foreign client with a localization different from your language, then the automatic translation button will be available on the control panel.

Getscreen can be launched from any device and OS via popular browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox,
Opera, Edge and Safari). Remote control of the host can be implemented from Windows (v.7 and above), Windows server (2008 and above), macOS (10.12 and above), Linux and any version of Android.

1. To work with the product, register or log in to your personal account Getscreen.ru
2. In your personal account, follow the path: Settings -> Tariff plan -> Activate license.
3. Enter the received license key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX in the appropriate field and click the Activate button.

Note : The key is activated once. To connect other operators to the license, use the Team section in your personal account.
